More Information
Herts Alpacas Bandit is a beautiful blue black male boasting world class black and grey genetics which we expect to enhance any coloured breeding programme. His sire is the world renowned Cedar House Long John a stunning mid grey male whose 13th fleece is still only 22 microns. Long John is the sire of multiple colour champions and his genetics can be found in most top grey herds.
His dam Herts Alpacas Winniebago is a top class blue black female sired by Viracocha Prophecy and she still exhibits an amazingly bright, soft, beautifully structured fleece at 7 years old. Bandit himself has acquired the positive traits from both his sire and dam and when you open up his fleece, it’s all there to see. He has super bright, dense, soft handling, uniform, extremely long fibre full of character on a strong well balanced, good looking frame.
So his genetics perhaps explain why Bandit is such an impressive male both in stature and fleece qualities and why we expect him to produce award worthy grey and solid coloured progeny
Breeder Note : Bandits first progeny are due in 2021
